An Employer of Record is the local, in-country organization legally responsible for ensuring you are paid, maintaining employment contracts, remitting both employer and employee taxes, benefits, insurance, etc.
Under an Employer of Record solution, you will receive all of the statutory benefits and employment rights in accordance with the legislation of your country of work. Including, but not be limited to, an annual leave benefits, maternity leave and pension contributions. Compared to a contractor arrangement, the Employer of Record model creates substantially less administration for the employee – taxes.
Pay-slips are electronically shared with employees at the end of each month. All data in regards of Pay-slip is available through Boreen Consulting database and can also be provided on demand.
The payday will be detailed in your employment contract and confirmed by Boreen Consulting during your onboarding. The payday is different from country to country and based on the individual contract.
The expense submission deadline would be in the first week of the month but its primarily driven by your pay cycle and it may change in accordance with that date.
The documents will include a signed employment contract, completed new hire form with banking details and applicable local identification forms. The required documents will vary based on your personal circumstances and your employment country. Our team will reach out to you with a list of required documents.
First, your leave requests have to be approved by your line manager before you can proceed with taking the leaves.
Second, your line manager has to approve your leave requests and will notify us for our record.
If you have any HR related issues, please contact your Employer directly so they can advise accordingly. Such HR issues would include, but not be limited to, being treated unfairly, workplace harassment, maternity leave rights and your job responsibilities.
Your direct line manager will provide you instructions with respect to the applicable time keeping processes.
Any changes in your personal information; i.e. address, contact information, banking information or addition of a dependent must be communicated with your line manager, in his/her place a request will be send to us for the new updates.
Our customer support team that consists of in-country experts; including payroll, and IT resources. This team works closely with the HR department of your Employer to ensure the best possible support is provided to you at all times.
